CASE STUDY

Overview

LE sensor, a jewelry brand specializing in 14K gold-filled jewelry, launched their online store in 2018. In the last five years, they've focused on growing their gold-filled jewelry collection, with styles ranging from necklaces and chains to earrings and bracelets, up to over 100 unique styles listed on their store. As their product offering was growing, so was their Instagram following, which hit 50k followers this year (woohoo!). LE sensor is now expanding their product line to include 14K gold jewelry, in addition to their gold-filled pieces.

The Problem

With the cost per acquisition steadily increasing year after year, and customer LTV hitting a plateau, LE sensor needed to improve their margins — fast.

We decided to implement an automated email strategy which attributed to 20% of the revenue in the first 90 days. We then followed up with our Google Ads PPC strategy, with one of our campaigns resulting in 17x ROAS in the first 30 days.
