8. Information we handle for our clients
When we run workflows for a client, we process its customers’ information on the client’s behalf and on its instructions.
The client’s own privacy policy governs that information, and it stays in the client’s account on our client platform.
If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your information.
9. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and for as long as the law requires. How long that is depends on the purpose, such as providing our services, billing, or meeting a legal obligation.
10. Security
Our Security page explains how we build and run our services to protect data. For example, our clients’ customer data stays in each client’s own platform account, and it is never copied into our code.
No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
