After the quote goes out

The follow-up you meant to send goes out, and stops when they answer.

We build sequences for inquiries, quotes and missed bookings. Every message is one you approved, at a time you chose.

Follow-up sequences

The quote went out. Nothing came back.

  • You meant to check in on Tuesday. It’s Friday.
  • The no-show from last week never got a second message.
  • You hold back because you don’t want to be a pest.
  • So the job goes to whoever followed up.

How a sequence is built

  1. 1

    We pick the moments

An inquiry with no booking, a quote with no answer, a booking that didn’t show. We choose the ones that matter in your week.

  2. 2

You approve every message and its timing

You read each message and say when it goes. An edit is a new version, and it needs your OK again.

  3. 3

It goes through the go-live test

The test is six checks. In one of them, every message in every sequence fires end to end to our own test numbers and inboxes, and is checked against what you approved.

  4. 4

    It stops on a reply

The moment someone replies or opts out, their sequence ends. A reply lands with you, not with the next message.

What we need from you

  • Your OK on every message and when it sends
  • Your consent and opt-out records
  • The moments you want followed up

What you see

  • Who is in which sequence
  • What went out, and when
  • Who replied, and who opted out

The guardrails, always on

  • Every message is one you approved before it sends.
  • It never messages anyone who has opted out.
  • It keeps quiet hours in your time zone, and a daily cap per person.

Questions

Which follow-ups should we start with?

Usually the ones you already chase by hand, such as quotes with no answer or bookings that didn’t show. We pick them with you in the free audit.

Won’t this annoy my customers?

You decide how many messages there are and how far apart. A daily cap per person and quiet hours apply on top, and the sequence ends the moment they reply.

Text or email?

Either, depending on what you approve and what your customers agreed to. Texts need your number registered with the carriers first, and we do that with you.

What if someone replies STOP?

Nothing else goes to them. We prove that before launch: reply STOP to a text or unsubscribe from an email, and every further send ends.
