Where every build starts
Everything you know about your business, written down in one place.
We interview you and turn your prices, hours, policies and answers into the one source every workflow answers from.
Onboarding: your business, written down
Most of it lives in your head.
- Your prices are in a spreadsheet, a PDF and your memory, and they don’t all agree.
- A new hire asks the questions you answered for the last one.
- The best answer to your most common question is in an email you sent once.
- Any tool you add can only guess at what you’d say.
From your head to a document you can correct
- 1
We collect what exists
Your SOPs, FAQs, price list, policies and hours, plus past replies if you have them. Rough is fine.
- 2
We interview you
We ask about what the documents leave out: the exceptions, the judgment calls, the things you only ever say out loud.
- 3
We write the knowledge base
One structured document, every line tagged with where it came from, so you can check it against the source.
- 4
You read it and correct it
Changes go live only on your OK. From then on, if it isn’t in there, our AI assistant doesn’t say it.
What we need from you
- Your SOPs, FAQs, price list, policies and hours
- Past replies to customers, if you have them
- An interview with you, about the parts nobody wrote down
What you see
- The knowledge base itself, to read whenever you like
- Every change, waiting for your OK before it goes live
- Where each line came from
The guardrails, always on
- Every workflow answers only from this knowledge base. If it isn’t in there, it isn’t said.
- Medical, legal, money and safety questions are written in as hand-offs to a person, not as answers.
- Nothing in it changes without your OK on that version.
We built the knowledge base for one of our own brands this way, from an interview with the owner, every line tagged to its source.
Questions
Do I need tidy documents first?
No. Send what you have, in whatever state it’s in. The interview fills the gaps, and we do the writing.
What happens when a customer asks something that isn’t in it?
Our AI assistant doesn’t guess. The question goes to a person, and if it keeps coming up, we add the answer once you’ve approved it.
What if my prices or hours change?
Tell us and we update it. The change goes live once you’ve read it and said OK, and every workflow answers from the new version.
Who owns it?
You do. Your knowledge stays yours, and it goes with you if you ever leave.
