Every message, in its lane
Every message read, sorted and drafted, so you only handle what needs you.
New inquiries, existing customers, change requests, things to escalate and things to ignore. Each lands in its lane, drafted where needed.
Lead inbox triage
Every morning starts in the inbox.
- A new inquiry sits under a pile of notices and newsletters.
- A regular wants to move a booking and waits behind a sales pitch.
- The complaint you should have seen first is the one you see last.
- You write the same answer again, a little differently each time.
What happens to each message
- 1
It reads the message
Every inbound message is read, along with the thread it belongs to.
- 2
It sorts it
New inquiry, existing customer, change request, escalate, or not a customer. You choose the lanes with us.
- 3
It drafts the reply
From your knowledge base, in your voice. You approve it, or once it has passed the go-live test, it sends within the guardrails.
- 4
It hands off the rest
Complaints, refunds, disputes and anything it can’t answer go straight to the person you named.
What we need from you
- Access to your inbox
- The categories that matter to you, which we set together
- Who handles escalations
- Your knowledge base, from onboarding
What you see
- Each message and the category it went to
- The drafted reply, ready to approve or edit
- Everything that was handed to a person
The guardrails, always on
- Replies answer only from your knowledge base.
- Complaints, refunds, disputes, and medical, legal, money or safety questions go to a person.
- Until you choose otherwise, every reply waits for your approval before it sends.
- Our AI assistant never pretends to be human.
It sorts the support inbox of one of our own brands and writes drafts only, so a person reads each reply and decides what goes out.
Questions
Does it send replies on its own?
Only if you want it to, and only after it passes the go-live test. Until then it drafts, and you or your team send.
What does “not a customer” mean?
Sales pitches, notifications, newsletters and the rest of the noise. They’re marked and set aside, so messages from real people stay on top.
Can I change the categories?
Yes. We set them with you at the start, and we change them when your business changes.
What happens to my customers’ messages?
They stay where they are. Each run reads a message, does its job and keeps no copy of it.
